Soucieux de continuer à prendre part à l’effort national, les assureurs annoncent être en mesure d’accueillir au moins 20% de nouveaux contrats d’alternance supplémentaires cette année.
L’alternance est aujourd’hui la voie privilégiée d’entrée dans le secteur de l’assurance et constitue un quart des embauches totales (23,9% en 2019). Le nombre d’alternants dans la branche des sociétés d’assurances a plus que doublé en 10 ans. Avec des prévisions de recrutements en très forte hausse pour la rentrée 2020, le nombre de nouveaux alternants devrait dépasser 4 500, soit un niveau record – et le nombre total d’alternants dans la branche devrait ainsi franchir la barre des 6 000 en fin d’année, un chiffre jamais atteint.

L’assurance offre à notre jeunesse des opportunités professionnelles nombreuses, variées et passionnantes, et l’emploi par la voie de l’alternance constitue un formidable outil d’intégration dans le monde du travail », souligne Florence Lustman, Présidente de la Fédération Française de l’Assurance.
